Japanese Chicken Wings

3 lbs. chicken wings
1 beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 cup butter or margerine
Sauce:
3 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Cut wings in half. Dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in butter until browned and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan, pour suace over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Spoon sauce over wings during cooking.
