2-3 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold waterRecipe
Stir lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar together. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken. Pour liquid into saucepan and thicken with cornstarch and water. Serve chicken with hot rice.
