Lemon Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneles
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup water
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. chicken broth
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Coat chicken breasts with flour, salt and basil. Put cooking oil in frying pan. Brown chicken breasts on both sides. Lower heat to simmer. Add water and chicken broth. Simmer slowly for 30 minuts until broth is like gravy. Add a little more water during simmering if needed. Add lemon juice and stir. Serve and garnish with parsley.
