    Awesome Deep Fried Egg Rolls

    I made these and they are awesome. I used shredded left over roast (pork or beef) worked great. I stuffed 3 at a time, so they didn't go soggy sitting there. You can buy the regular egg roll wrappers at your regular grocery store.

    List of Ingredients




    Ingredients 1:

    1/2 cup shredded meat(1/4 pound)
    1 tsp. cooking wine (optional)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Ingredients 2:

    2 cups shredded cabbage
    2 cup bean sprouts
    1 cup shredded celery
    1 small onion
    1 can mushrooms

    Ingredients 3:

    1 tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sesame oil

    Ingredients 4: to make a paste

    2 tbsp. flour
    2 tbsp. water

    Peanut or salad oil for deep frying

    Ingredients 5: Optional Sauce

    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. white vinegar

    Boughten egg roll wrappers.

    Add Ingredients 1 to shredded meat and mix throroughly. Heat wok and add 4 tbsp oil, stir fry meat until brown. Drain. Put ingredients 2 in boiling water for 10 seconds. Remove and drain. Add meat and ingredients 3. Toss. Place on egg rolls and divide evenly into 16 portions. Use Ingredients 4 to seal. Deep fry and freeze.
