Easy and great for the holidays
Beat 1 pkg.(225 g) softened cream cheese, in a large mixing bowl, until fluffy. Gradually beat 1 can (300 ml) regular or low fat eagle brand. Combine 1 cup (250 ml) crushed candy canes (peppermint, cinnamon or wintergreen work well). Fold in 2 cups (500 ml) whipped cream. Pour into serving dish, and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Can be made ahead. Garnish as desired with candycanes.
