    Chocholate Mint Bars

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. chipits chocholate mint chips
    1/4 cup margerine
    1/4 cup icing sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup margerine
    2 cups icing sugar
    2 tbsp. milk
    green food coloring

    Recipe

    Melt chipits and 1/4 cup margerine over hot water. Reserve 1/4 cup for top drizzles.

    Add 1/4 cup icing sugar and egg to remaining melted chipits and beat well.

    Stir in wafer crumbs and nuts. Press into bottom on 8 inch square pan. Chill. Cream 1/4 cup margerine, 2 cups icing sugar and milk until fluffy. Add green food coloring, if desired. Spread evenly over base in pan.

    Drizzle reserve melted chipits over top. Chill until firm. Cut into bars. Makes 3 dozen.
