2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe



Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Beat egg whites until stiff, then add vanilla and a little sugar at a time, making sure all the sugar is well dissolved.

Add the following:
1 cup crushed candy cane
1 cup chopped nuts
1 package chocolate chips

Stir well. Place mixture on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Peel off foil and break into piec
