Cran-Orange Coffee Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 cartons (8 oz.) orange yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange

Recipe




Combine cake mix, yogurt, eggs and craisins. Mix well. Spread into 2 greased 8x8 inch baking pans. Grate the peel from one orange and mix with sugar. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpcik inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fresh fruit.

Notes:

Makes two 8-inch cakes.

For a nice variation, replace cramberries with raisins and use 1 teaspoon cimmamon in place of orange peel.
