1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope prepared dream ship dessert topping mix
2 tbsp. brandy
1 pkg. frozen raspberries, thawedRecipe
Mix gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Cool. Add sourcream and beat until mixture is smooth. Fold brandy and sourcream mixture into prepared topping. Pour into a 4 cup (1 L) mould. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmould. Sieve raspberries, add sugar to taste. Spoon raspberry sauce over each serving.
