Graham Cracker Pudding

1 cup finely crushed graham crackers
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 egg whites, beaten
3 egg yolks
heavy whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar, beating constantly. Fold in graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in a buttered 8 inch square baking pan at 350° for 40 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove from pan, cut in squares, and serve topped with whipped cream and extra chopped nuts.
Serve this tasty pudding dessert with a dollop of whipped cream.
