List of Ingredients




1/3 cup sugar
4 cups milk
1/4 cup general foods international coffees beverage mix, any flavour, dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water
6 eggs, seperated
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Recipe



Whisk sugar, milk, coffe and eggs yolks until smooth. Refrigerate. Just before serving, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold whites and cream into coffee mixture. Makes 8 servings.
