List of Ingredients




6 bread slices, crusts removed
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 lb. sausage meat
6 bread slices, crusts removed
8 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 2/3 cup milk


Recipe



Line bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with first bread slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Scramble fry sausage meat. Drain off fat. Sprinkle meat over cheese. Cover meat with remaining bread slices. Beat eggs in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour until set. Serves 10-12.
