Recipe Introduction

Mix together and put in decorative jars and give as a gift.

List of Ingredients

4 cups no fat dry milk powder
2 cups sifted icing sugar
8 oz. jar amaretto flavored non dairy powder cream
2 1/3 cups powdered chocolate mix(Quik)
1 3/4 cups non dairy powdered creamer
1/4 tsp. salt


Recipe

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended. Store in airtight container. Yield about 9-10 cups cocoa mix.

To Serve: Stir 3 heaping tablespoons of mix into a 6 ounce cup of boiling water.

If you want no flavour, substitute the 8 oz jar flavoured creamer for regular creamer. Or try the other flavours of creamers.
