Crust:
1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/3 cup margerine, melted
Filling
1 tbsp. margerine
5 apples, sliced
Sprinkle of cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. each vanilla and lemon juice
1/8 tsp. saltRecipe
Crust: Reserve 2 tbsp. for topping and press the rest into an 8x8 inch pan.
Filling: After crust has been pressed into pan, saute apples, margerine and cinnamon until soft. Cool and pour over crust.
Third Layer: Cook eggs, sourcream, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add vanilla. Spread over apples. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Chill for 2-3 hours.
