Coconut Cream Dessert

1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut
1-4 oz. box coconut pudding or chocolate, made as directed
1-8 oz. tub cool whip or whip cream
Recipe
Mix 1st 4 ingredients in frying pan on low heat until coconut browns evenly. When brown set aside.
Save 3/4 cup crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumbs in an 8x8 inch pan. Double if using a 9x13 pan. Pour cooked pudding on crumb crust, then let cool. Spread with cool whip. Sprinkle the rest of crumbs on top and put in fridge until cold.
