Marshmallow Coffee Dessert

vanilla wafer cookies
250 gram bag large marshmallows
1/2 cup strong coffee, hot
1 envelope dessert whipped topping mix


Recipe



Cut marshmallows into 4 pieces and pour hot coffee over them, stir to coat. Whip topping mix according to directions on package. When marshmallow mixture is cool, add dessert topping. Fill pie plate (9 inch) with wafers on the bottom and up the sides. Pour in mixture. Place in fridge for 3-5 hours until set.
