    1 pints raspberry sorbet, slightly softened
    1/2 pint (6 ounces) fresh raspberries
    1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
    4 sprigs mint: 2 chopped, 2 left whole
    Serve with: Piroline or other rolled cookies

    Recipe



    Scoop sorbet into large cocktail glasses or dessert cups. Top with raspberries, raspberry liqueur and chopped mint. Garnish with mint sprigs and accompany with cookies.
