28 chocolate cream-filled chocolate cookies, divided
2 3/4 cup milk
3 (3.4 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped toppingRecipe
Crush the 28 cookies, reserving 2/3 of a cup. Place crushed cookies in a 9 x 13 inch dish.
In mixing bowl, combine milk and instant pistachio pudding. Mix about 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over crushed cookies.
Spread whipped topping over pistachio pudding.
Sprinkle the reserved cookies over the top of whipped topping and refrigerate overnight before serving.
