Sundried Tomato and Garlic Dip

Recipe Introduction
A great summer essential, this zesty dip takes five minutes and can also be made ahead.
List of Ingredients
1 tub (250g) philadelphia cream cheese spread
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepperRecipe
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Refridgerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and cut up veggies if desired.
Makes 16 servings of 2 tbsp. each.
