1 1/2 quart Whipping cream
1 cup Sugar
6 ea Egg, separated
1 x Brandy
Recipe
1 Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.
2 Then add 1 ¼ tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites.
3 It may require more sugar according to taste.
4 Keep cool until served.
5 Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired
