Easter, Halloween, Christmas....use your imagination and have fun with the kids.


List of Ingredients




• 1 20-ounce roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces (6 ounces)
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cups jelly beans, small gumdrops, or chopped pastel cream mint kisses
• 2 tablespoons flaked coconut


Recipe



1. Press cookie dough slices into a greased 13-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate pieces; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls atop chocolate pieces. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust. Sprinkle with candy and coconut. Makes 12 servings.


2. Halloween Cookie Pizza: Prepare as directed except omit jelly beans and coconut. Sprinkle 1 cup candy corn or candy-coated peanut butter-flavored pieces and 1/2 cup raisins over chocolate mixture.
