1 pkg. (170 grams) bakers white chocolate
2-3 cups mixed berries (500-700ml)
grated rind from 1 orange
1 litre container cool whip or cool whip light, thawed
Recipe
Press piece of foil inside large bowl. Chill in freezer. Partially melt chocolate over hot water until 2/3 melted, remove from heat, stir until smooth.
Drizzle half the chocolate over foil. Freeze for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining cocolate. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
To serve, carefully lift foil from dish, gently peel foil away from the cocolate. Gently fold rind into topping, spoon carefully into lace bowl and top with berries. Makes 8 servings.
