    1 can chunk pineapple (in juice)
    1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
    2 tbsp honey
    1 cup apple or orange juice
    1 cup plain yohurt
    1 banana, sliced
    2 oranges, sectioned and seeded

    Recipe



    Drain pineapple chunks and place juice in a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and stir constantly over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add honey and stir until dissolved.

    Pour into a 4 cup mould and add apple or ornage juice and yogurt. Stir to mix yogurt evenly.

    Let sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until starting to gel. Add pineapple, banana and orange sections and stir to distribute evenly.

    Return to fridge until set, about 1 hour. Unmould by placing in a pan of hot water for a few seconds, then inverting on a plate.
