Japanese Chicken Wings

1-2 pkg. chicken wings
egg, beaten
flour
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. saltRecipe
Cut wings in half. Remove tips. Dip wings in beaten egg, then coat in flour. Fry in a pan until very crisp. Put in a shallow casserole dish. mIx remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, basting occasionally.
