Banana Frozen Yogurt

4 ripe bananas
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 (14-ounce) cans Eagle Brand� Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 cups skim milk
2 quarts vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
Process bananas and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Stir together banana mixture, Eagle Brand�, and next 3 ingredients. Pour mixture into freezer container of a 1 gallon electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving.
Notes: * 2 cups chopped fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc.) may be substituted.
