Chocolate Peanutbutter Fudge

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
� 1 cup marshmallow creme
� 1/2 cup evaporated milk
� 1/3 cup Reduced Fat Jif Creamy Peanut Spread
� 1/2 teaspoon salt
� 1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
� 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
� Butter 8-inch square pan.
� Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, Jif and salt in a large saucepan. Stir constantly on low heat until blended and mixture comes to a boil.
� Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
� Add chocolate. Stir until well blended.
� Stir in vanilla.
� Pour into buttered pan.
� Cool. Cut in candy-sized pieces.
� Store in covered container.
� Makes about 1-1 1/2 pounds of candy
