Non-poisonous leaves
Recipe
1. Break the larger chocolate pieces into small chunks.
2. Wash and dry non-poisonous leaves well.
3. Prepare a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
4. Melt the chocolate until smooth.
5. Dip the leaves individually into the chocolate, making sure you have an even coat on one side. Place the leaves on the wax paper and chill until firm. Remove from the wax paper and peel the leaves off of the chocolate.
6. Use to decorate pies and desserts as desired.
Cook's note:For a beautiful look, melt some white chocolate and some milk chocolate in separate containers. Lightly mix half of each chocolate together to form a marbled chocolate. Dip leaves into all three chocolates and proceed as above.
