Remove stem and root of radish.
To create petals, make 8 petal shaped cuts. Make the first and second cuts at opposite points from top almost to the bottom of the radish. Make the third and fourth cuts in the remaining spaces in the same manner. The last four petals are gently cut within the first four cuts made.
Place radish in ice water to allow petals to open.
