Beet Salad Pickles

my mom in laws recipe she had in community cookbook


List of Ingredients




8-10 good sized beets
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt

Recipe



Cook beets until tender, then skin and dice.

Mix dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. Add diced beets and bring to a boil again, stirring constantly. Put in jars and seal.
