My Grandpa Mitchell made this recipe every year with his prize tomatoes. This is excellent to throw into stews,and pasta sauces

List of Ingredients

Fill jars with peeled tomatoes. Chop up green peppers, celery, onions: 1 tbsp. of each into each jar. 1/2 tsp. salt. Fill jars with v-8 juice. Seal and process 1/2 hour after reaching a boil. When filling jars, leave 1/2" from top of jar.
