1 beaten egg yolk
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 1/2 tbsp. dry milk powder
Recipe
Blend egg yolk, honey, molasses, oil and vanilla nad mix in the blended flour, wheat germ and milk powder. Roll out dough very thinly, 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Cut in baby finger length rectangles.
Bake at 350 degree on ungreased sheet 15 minutes. Remove from sheet and cool thoroughly on cake racks. Store in tightly covered container.
