1 lb. carrots, peeled, cut in large pieces
1/4 cup cooking water, more or less
Recipe
Place in a steamer and cook until tender. Puree carrot in blender, adding enough cooking water to obtain desired consistency. Turn into icecube trays. Freeze. To store, remove cubes to freezer bag or container. Return to freezer. Makes 14 cubes.
