1 lb. young green beans
1/4 cup waterRecipe
Snap off ends of beans. Cutinto 3 or 4 pieces for each bean. Place in steamer for 10-15 minutes until they are tender. Puree in blender, adding enough water to make desired consistency. Turn into ice cube trays. Freeze. Makes about 14 cubes.
