4 cups fresh shelled green peas
1/4 cup reserved cooking water, more or less
Recipe
Place peas in steamer. Cook until tender. Transfer to blender. Puree and add enough cooking water to desired consistency. Turn into icecube tray. Freese. Remove and store in a container. Return to freezer. Makes 14 cubes.
