Powdered Sugar Substitution

Put 1 cup granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons cornstarch in blender on medium
low for about 45 seconds. Turn off and leave off for 2 or 3 minutes to let
the 'dust storm' subside, then turn on. Repeat 3 or 4 times. Don't take off
the lid until the powder settles. Frostings are not quite as smooth when
this is used in lieu of that commercially
powdered.
