Never used to get hangovers, but now that I am older....OH BOY
Wake up in the morning, and have some dairy. Icecream or chocolate milk works the best for me. It totally coats the stomach and makes you feel so much better. Sometimes it is hard to even think about getting anything in the stomach, but if you can get it down you really will feel soooo much better.
