Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2-3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
Recipe
In a bowl, sift together icing sugar and cocoa. Add 2 tbsp. milk and vanilla and mix well. Stir in butter and beat until frosting is smooth and creamy. Add remainng milk if a thinner frosting is desired. This will serve as a topping for a 9" square cake.
