2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 oz. unsweetened choclate (2 squares)
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanillaRecipe
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, chocolate, syrup adn salt. Stir over low heat, until sugar dissolves. Cook to softball stage, 236 degrees F (120). Remove from heat and add butter. Cool to lukewarm, thena add vanilla nd beat to a spreading consistency. If mixture is too stiff, reheat or add 1 tsp. of oil and reheat.
