Peanut Butter Filling

3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup cold whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extractRecipe
In small saucepan, combine marshmallows, peanut butter chips and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows and chops are melted and mixture is smooth.
Cool to lukewarm.
In small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream and vanilla until stiff; fold in peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture begins to set.
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups of filling.
