No Cook Strawberry Freezer Jam

2 c. finely mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Recipe



Combine berries and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes. Add pectin. Stir 3 minutes or until sugar is disolved. Ladel into sterilized glasses (Leave 1/2" space on top). Cover with tight lids. Let stand at room temperature until set, about 24 hours. Store in deep freezer. makes 8-6 oz. jars.
