    6 chicken breast halves without skin
    8 oz whipped cream cheese with onion and chive
    1 tbsp butter -- cubed
    salt
    6 slices bacon

    Recipe



    Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. 12mm thickness. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese over each. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt; roll up. wrap each with a
    bacon strip.

    Place seem side down in a greased 13x9 230x330mm pan.

    Bake uncovered 400°F-200°C for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.

    Broil/Grill 6 in.135mm from heat for 5 minutes until bacon is crisp.

    NOTE: Can also use a garlic/herb cream cheese. Or I make my own --mix cream cheese with garlic power, onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley.
