2 eggs
1/2 cup milk -- 1/2 cream 1/2 water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard -- dried
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon -- fried and crumbled
Recipe
Brown bacon. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard, then add cheese and bacon. Grease small omlette or soufle pan and add egg mixture. Bake at350°F-180°C for 30 to 45 minutes, or to your tatse.
