    4 boned and skinned chicken breasts
    2 tbsp butter
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    4 slices ham

    Recipe



    Preheat broiler/grill . Place poultry on unheated broiler pan. Brush with half of butter. Broil 4 inches 100mm from the heat for 4 minutes, turn poultry over and brush with remaining butter. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes more or until tender.
    Meanwhile, cut cheese slices in half. Brush tops of poultry with mustard. Place one half slice of cheese on top of each piece of poultry, then top with ham. (If necessary, cut ham to fit poultry). Broil about 30 seconds or until ham is warm. Then top with remaining cheese. Broil 1/2 to 1 minute more until cheese is melted. Transfer to dinner plates, sprinkle with paprika.
