    List of Ingredients







    2 lb ground beef
    2 eggs -- 1kb
    1 tbsp onion flakes
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 dash pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup half and half
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    - Sauce-
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning

    Recipe



    Combine. Shape into walnut-size balls. Brown in a skillet.

    Sauce: In a saucepan combine ingredients. Add meatballs to sauce-simmer at least 45 minutes. Top with one cup shredded mounce zarella cheese before serving. (you can cook this all day in a crockpot instead of a saucepan if you would like)
