2 lb ground beef -- 1k
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Ground black pepper to taste
1 Dash hot sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce -- Kikkoman
1 tbsp splenda
Sesame seeds
Recipe
Combine beef and spices, roll into 1.5" 37mm meatballs and place in large baking pan. In separate bowl, mix together soy sauce and "splenda" until dissolved. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°F-180°C for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle seeds lightly over top before serving.
