Recipe Introduction

Gives the ham a nice shiny glaze and a little sweetness that brings out the taste of the ham. Combine 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. dry or prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp. dry sherry(optional), 3 tbsp. vinegar and 3 tbsp. water. Mix well and spread on ham, before putting it into oven.
