Dads Cheese Cake

List of Ingredients




5 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 {8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened}
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
For the Crust
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, melted


Recipe



For the crust: Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press onto bottom of spring form pan and bake in 350/o oven for 10 minutes.
For filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well-blended. Pour into spring form pan and bake at 350/o for 1 hour or until set. When the cheese cake has cooled and pulled away from sides of pan, remove sides and chill for 12 to 24 hours. Top with prepared cherry pie filling and place blackberries or blue berries in the form of the word "Dad" on top.
