Cheddar Dill Muffins

3 1/2 c. flour
3 T. sugar
2 T. baking powder
2 T. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. melted butterRecipe
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, dill weed, salt and cheese. Combine milk, eggs and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups almost full. Bake at 400° for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack. Makes 9 jumbo muffins or 12 standard muffins. These go great with soup on a cold winter night.
