1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup all-bran
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup nuts
3/4 cup banana, finely diced
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Recipe
Mix together cream, butter, sugar and eggs. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add together, stir well. Add fruit. Stir well. Bake at 350°F for 26-30 minutes.
