List of Ingredients




1 pound tart apples
1 1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes
1 dozen small red peppers
2 small white onions
1 quart vinegar
1/2 pound seeded raisins
6 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons mustard
1 pound white sugar
handful of mint

Recipe



Mix all together in an earthen jar. Pour over vinegar which has been boiled and cooled. Mix well and let stand in cool place.
